Smart Media

This term we are moving on to learning about smart media. For our first session we learnt about what media really is, and the three different types of media. Broadcast media, print media and news media, which all shape what we believe and don't believe and heavily impact our lives. I worked with Georgia for this task.

We had to make sure we didn't use images that weren't labeled for reuse, and at the start we found it very hard to find the right images as there wasn't many that fit with what we were trying to create. We found a website called unsplash which really helped us find the right images. We found it fun to design and work out the layout of our poster. If you would also like to make something like this we used google drawings.

What does media mean to you?
